With this positive outlook, developers and designers should keep in mind the whole picture when conceptualizing a multifamily space. Appealing to new renters and retention of existing residents means more amenities and modern solutions. Luxury amenities are now an expectation.
Additionally, today’s residents are more conscious of how their environment impacts their health. Developers need to consider healthy solutions for all installations from air and water purification systems to advanced lighting and flooring solutions to wall coverings.
While many multifamily facilities closed communal spaces, going forward, designers are rethinking how to best incorporate public spaces. They are creating more secluded areas through use of dividers, walls, and other features that break up spaces, such as fireplaces.
Check out these unique tile installations featuring Crossville collections for practical, beautiful design ideas that align with modern expectations and specifications for multifamily facilities.
