To really drive home our core messaging, we took a unique approach to our booth at this year’s NeoCon trade show. Rather than focusing on telling product stories through our space, we opted to showcase to the commercial designers in attendance just how ‘creative’ our creative solutions can be. The dynamic installations, combinations and inventive patterns and configurations proved to inspiration for design leaders looking for fresh alternatives in surfacing.
Here are some of the creative solutions we featured at the show
1. Think outside the box…literally.
Our products are beautiful out of the box, but they don’t have to be used that way. Every piece of tile can be a starting point for truly custom designs. Consider the use of waterjet to invent custom patterns or incorporate branding into an installation, or incorporate unique cuts that the installer can accomplish during application, as well. We used custom cuts and a blend of products in our NeoCon booth to create a really unique floor tile pattern that served as a visual wayfinding to encourage people to enter our booth.
2. Gauged porcelain tile panels are bigger deals than ever before.
The A&D community has embraced Laminam by Crossville products as a new surfacing material that opens new possibilities beyond those achieved with traditional porcelain tile.
